He was really kind and very professional and fair rate !! took care of my issue in the car very fast and I’m on the road within 30 minutes.
Hard to find good one today and he is one of them

Looked up Tom's Auto on Google & the reviews were good. Now I know why. Incredibly professional, & personable. Price was reasonable & done around my vacation schedule.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I went to a local Ford dealership for service on another issue and then they determined that my brakes needed repair. My rotors were fine but they wanted to replace those as well to the tune of over $500. Tom took one look and said my rotors were fine and only my front brake pads needed replacement, which he did in 30 minutes for a third of the price that the dealership would’ve charged me. He showed me all the work as he was doing it so that I would learn which I really appreciate.  Very honest and sincere gentleman. Will be back for all our mechanical needs.

We were stressed and unsure if it was safe to drive, so we called Tom's Auto. Tom told us to come right over and took a look at the car immediately. Not only did he quickly diagnose the issue, but he also reassured us that it wasn't an emergency and could safely wait to be repaired when we got home. His honesty and professionalism gave us so much peace of mind. What impressed us even more was his kindness and generosity. After taking the time to help us, he refused any payment and wouldn't even accept a tip. In a world where that kind of customer service is rare, Tom truly went above and beyond.
